First genre, I would like to mention would be shooting, which resolves around teams being formed up and then go against each other in the contest, this is where the reactions I was talking about comes, as well as rage, since this is the most competitive genre of gaming on which millions of people are putting hard focus on. The genre resolve around teams, doing anything and everything to win the different game rounds, using different utilities provided by the game. The best example of this genre, would Call of Duty, Counter Strike Global offensive and Overwatch
The other genre that is really popular, and that is really popular among others, is the RPG or Role-playing Video Games, this game unlike shooting game does not require skill, and is actually based on the stoties with made up characters, that act like persons, but in reality are programmed that way. With this the person can play, a whole story with a real characters and interactions. Also, some RPG are based on the real written books like Withcer or Harry Potter series and many others.
Finally, there are Educational games, that have been created in order to kids and students to learn stuff, like maths games, Kahoot and plnenty of others, and unlike Shootign games, this games do not bring any rage or anger, as they do not require any competitive effort to be made. The purpose of these games is to teach pupils and students stuff, that's otherwise would be harder to sink in their heads, and this is why these type of games are so important.
